Step One
Getting to Know You! Getting to Know All About You

We like to get to know about our clients. We know that no client is ever alike, and that each client we meet has a vision dancing in their head. Our in person, over-the-phone, or email consultations help us ask the questions we need to know, to develop a more organized vision and theme of your big event.

We encourage you to bring any inspirations you may have, whether it be a flower, magazine clippings, fabric swatches, or a big box of memories!

**Important** Please sure to contact Nic.Roc. Designs at least 4 months prior to send out date of your invitations.

Step Two
Customized Design Estimate

After we have met and discussed concepts and design style, Nic.Roc. Designs will create an estimate for you based on your unique event and style.

Once the estimate has been reviewed and agreed upon, then the client is supplied with a stone carved contract and timeline that outlines the details of the order; design and print packages, proofing, and costs.

To begin the process of design and ordering of supplies and materials specific to your order, Nic.Roc. Designs will require a 50% non-refundable retainer.

Step Three
Digital Magic Happens

Design time Woot! Woot! I'll work on an initial concept for your invitation design and send to you via PDF. Once I receive your feedback, I'll work on revising your invitation to perfection!

Step Four
Assemble and Deliver

In our rainbow colored workshop we work diligently with hammers, nuts and bolts, crystals, ribbons, glue and paper, and some fist pumping tunes to create your amazingness!

**Please allow 4-7 weeks for the final printed and assembled product.**
